Project Management
All of 3W Networks projects are professionally project managed from the outset. Our ISO 9000 certified project systems are deployed in detail for every project. We provide detailed Quality and HS&E plans and systems as a fundamental aspect of project deployment.
Project documentation is extensive to allow for maximum client revew and approval. Additionally, we document all stages of assembly and testing to validate the technical performance of the physical system being delivered to the client.
Project performance is managed via critical path project schedules, ‘S’ Curves and the like to ensure project milestones are achieved as promised. Clients can readily review these documents to confirm that project achievement is on schedule.

Major test points are documented to allow for client or Independent Test Authority confirmation of the achievement of specified performance parameters. All non field testing is undertaken at the 3W Networks facilities in Dubai.
